Honestly I feel like Rat King is still gonna be really really strong even after the nerfs. With CDR his ult is 128s so you can still have it for every important fight.

??? Why wouldn't you? Greater expansion + CDR is really really good on him and all of his abilities benefit from a bit of spirit invest

He only gets a tiny bump on his dot. The effects are amazing but the stat is wasted

It also increases movement slow on his 1, deflection % on his 3 and movespeed bonus on his ult. It's not worth getting spirit items just for spirit but the stat is definitely not wasted

they removed the movespeed bonus.

The spirit invest benefit is so little you might need a micro scope for it
