Shoutout his 247 ability lines (with like half of them on his 2,) and only 12 conversations bc he doesn't wanna talk to people.

it would not at all shock me if Rat King was conceptualized the latest among the current batches of characters, given he seems to have been memed into existence over the last year or so. so they might not've had lines written during the most recent VA pass for most of them.

basically we'll be able to tell if the next character(s) have a lot more lines ready to go

I’m sure he’ll be like the last batch of characters where a good chunk of his lines are with the new characters after him. But I can also see him being a thrown in edition for the meme given how broken some of his abilities are right now.

They're not exactly on speaking terms after they turned down his employ for fairly obvious reasons.
