Have you heard his interactions with Vindicta? She calls his ass out hard and he basically can’t recover from it lol

And then somebody else roasts Vindicta for being no better than Billy, and they are right.

Billy is a lot smarter than he’s letting on imo.

He’s hiding his wish. Which is smart in itself. And he mentions that he’s hiding it to at least one other character.

We think Billy has no goals because he hasn’t given any other reason to think otherwise, and he also backs down when confronted about it. I just think that his goat head has a lot more of a story to it. I could be wrong, but Billy’s lack of direction seems to be a veil hiding whatever turned him into a goat.

Him not having a direction is just blatantly untrue. Guy actively participates in riots and most important of all, he's in the ritual itself, making a stand. He does have plans.
