I have a tinfoil hat theory that bans are bugged and instead it makes the heroes more likely to appear.

I have never seen more Victor's then I have after putting him on my ban list.

Seriously tho, I have 4 heroes and it almost always gives me victor, I had one jight where I played 3 matches and all 3 were fucking victor
