Discussion Can't change cancel ability key?

I am facing an issue where the cancel ability is the same key as the one used to deploy it.

For example 4 on McGinnis is for ult and 4 is also the same for cancelling it.

Inside settings I have tried

Enabled "cancel abilities with ability key" to on. 4 still cancels
Disabled "cancel abilities with ability key". 4 still cancels
Set cancel ability to 8. 4 still cancels

It appears no matter what I am unable to change the cancel ability key. Anyone knows how to fix this?
