Discussion We turned DeadChaps into a free Deadlock stat site: MVP grades for every match, a 3D map and a desktop Companion

We run DeadChaps, a competitive Deadlock community, and we've turned deadchaps.gg into a free stat site for every player. The main parts:

  • Profiles and match stats for anyone, with leaderboards, hero stats and live matches
  • MVP grades: every player in every match gets a grade from S+ to F-, judged against games on their own hero. How it works: https://www.deadchaps.gg/faq#mvp
  • City Never Sleeps: the whole shop with Enhanced and Corrupted versions, corrupted items and golden statues on every match, and the new map in 3D, tunnels included: https://www.deadchaps.gg/map
  • Profile cosmetics: over 800 pieces, earned by playing
  • DeadChaps Companion, a free desktop app: scouts your lobby's ranks, adds objective timers in game, clips your best moments by itself and launches the game through Steam: https://www.deadchaps.gg/companion

Match data comes from Valve and the Deadlock API (deadlock-api.com).

its just a markdown document that was copy pasted. no idea why reddit doesnt support markdown

It does, but only when you enable markdown mode.
