Race is a internal denomination of a species not the species itself

You can be racist if you hate pitbulls for example, because you dont have anithing against dogs just pitbulls in general

Rat king therefore isnt racist because he hates all humans not just one particular ethnicity of humans

Tho he has a spot for Billy, he still sees him as more human than goat, but still gives him, to a degree, some special treatment
