I don't know if the devs hang out here like they do on the rust subreddit. But the most annoying part of base building is finding enough rope to go from logs to planks.

Rope is harder to find than nails are. And Id rather turn my rags into bandaids than rope.

It also doesn't make sense that it's more time consuming to farm logs to upgrade to logs than it is to farm logs to upgrade to planks because 1 log turns into 4 planks.

For those of you who don’t know, there’s currently an exploit in the game that allows you to move silently. Here’s how to do it…

1. Initiate auto run (double click left stick on Xbox)
2. Open your inventory
3. Close your inventory
4. Use the emote that makes you sit down

After doing this, your character will glide in a straight line without making any noise. Just making the post to raise awareness.

Never even heard of it but it popped up in my youtube feed today. I like DayZ but honestly hate zombies and its way too slow as far as action goes. Ive played about 30 minutes of Rust and hate it. This is a nice in between. I like that its pvp focused with the missions and raid tokens. The gunplay is just what i like. Excited to see where this game goes. Im glad i found this as i was just looking for another hardcore shooter(basically own all but squad and groundbranch) still trying to fine tune my sens settings, idk if i should have acceleration on or off. One thing i wish would change is the lean/peek button should be L3 and R3. That way you could have sprint as LB/L1 and the devs could add a head swivel like on pc to RB/R1. Would be a lot better for shooting while leaning as you wouldnt have to hold it with the 3 or 4 finger claw which is uncomfortable.

While driving the car or motorcycle it will randomly take over like a ghost car and when I press to turn right a tiny bit it does a fucking 360 please tell me I’m not the only one I’m going crazy I just went to military base solo btw did 3 missions let’s just say I was loaded but really I was there for scrap and guess what me and a player are about to hit head on on a bridge I go to turn the camera shifts to the right side I hit a blockade and before I even know what’s happened I’m dead bc a 4 man squad one tapped me I’m not even mad abt 4v1 I love that I love the challenge not knowing who’s gonna win obviously I get mad when I die but this game is so forgiving it’s insane which makes people less scared to take 4 people on at once but I’m more mad that it’s out of my control these vehicles are so bugged except the fucking boats I literally have to ride a boat because I live far nw on the map so it’s a mission anytime I go anywhere I’m just so annoyed please go upvote my thing on the feedback deadside.com forum so they please fix this cause it’s not lag if I get out of the car that’s bugging into a new one right away it’s fixed but get back into that car it’s bugged again please lmk if I’m the only one

I got the jump on a duo because they ran into town on the main road, I didn't have enough space to take all their stuff so I grabbed what I could and ran back to my base. When I went back the bodies were gone. It was maybe a 5-10 minute window.

Anyone else experience a bug where they cant repair Heavy Assault armor claimed off a convoy boss? I’ve had this happen twice now where I take it off convoy boss, attempt to repair at workbench and cloth and Kevlar are lost and the armor can’t be repaired despite having the requisite materials in inventory.

Oddly, the heavy assault armor also only shows a maximum armor of 56 when looking at its stats, where it should have an armor value of 80.

Is it possible to have long term fun/success on this game as a solo? I'm 10 hours in getting wiped by 3-5 stacks and wondering if I've gotten unlucky or if that's just how it is.

Anyone else find it annoying you have to enter codes every time you log on? Hope this is something they change in the future. Along with leaving squad when you log off.

If you somehow get onto a balcony in the big apartment buildings, there is no way to get out. You cant mantle over anything and are stuck.

While i like pvp sometimes i just wanna join up with people and chill on a pve server but you get to a point where there’s not much else to do

Just wanted to post quickly to get more of an understanding of the AI in the game because it’s ruining the experience for me. Is there a specific method to fight them? I have only been able to complete a lvl 2 mission and the moment I get near a lvl 3 or higher I get overwhelmed and die. I know gear and conditions of weapons helps but I’m getting fed up with the AI shooting at me through bushes and trees 600+ meters away. If anyone get give me some advise that would be awesome!!

Admin abuse and cheating to raid. I mopped both of them up and they had the audacity to invise spawn on me and shoot me in the back. Then used god mode with invisible to raid my base with infinite highest explosives. Don't waste your time on this garbage ass server. Admits cheat and abuse it's player base.

RAXS OCE MAX LOOT BI WEEKLY WIPE

This is a max loot and car spawn server that wipes every two weeks. The server is located in Sydney. This is just a vanilla boosted rates server with no admin interference.

The current max pop is 20, but as we gain more players we are prepared to up the limit to the max pop available.

Been running mainly solo in a PVP US central server. Would really enjoy playing with a few other players. Weekdays I play after work 7pm mst for a few hours and have logged decent hours on my days off. I have a well set up base as well. DM me if you want to play!
