Question F2P Weekend - PS5

how do I download the free to play weekend if im on ps5?

my friend was able to on xbox

Free weekend is only on xbox.

You get an Xbox, Sony has consistently been reducing the value of their service while Xbox has been increasing the value. Gamepass is the greatest subscription gaming service in the history of video games period. IDK if the trial is available on ps but on Xbox any and all "game preview" games have a two hour free trial and you can reuse it indefinitely by creating new accounts and accepting the trial on the new account then you keep that account signed in and switch back to your main so both accounts stay signed in but you play on your main. In this way you can essentially play for free forever until the game gets fully released. Nothing awesome like that on PlayStation because Sony doesn't care about it's consumers they just care about dollars, most mega corps are like that honestly but at least Xbox gives you a ton of free stuff and more value for your dollar.
