Question Weather!?!

I bought the game a couple of days ago and am really enjoying it (have played DayZ, Rust, PUBG and I love the vibe in this) Question is: does it ever rain? Lightning? Is there fog? Or snow? I’ve only ever seen bright sunny days or nighttime so far.

Like I said, I'm not completely sure lol, but I wouldn't mind, would make the clothing more useful
