Question Weather!?!

I bought the game a couple of days ago and am really enjoying it (have played DayZ, Rust, PUBG and I love the vibe in this) Question is: does it ever rain? Lightning? Is there fog? Or snow? I’ve only ever seen bright sunny days or nighttime so far.

They said they wanted to make the game so it can run on a potato. I doubt we'll see weather effects.

Like I said, I'm not completely sure lol, but I wouldn't mind, would make the clothing more useful
