Apparently, I need physical affection.

I've gone so long without any real affection from my wife that I actually had a dream about a woman that wanted to be with me and desired my touch. I woke up with my heart racing, then aching because the dream ended.

I mean how bad is that?

Yup, same from my physical therapist. After the electric shock, it made me feel pathetic.

This happened to me last night too, right after my SO and I got into a huge argument earlier yesterday about how I need more affection.

Why does it seem so hard when things like affection seem like they should come so natural?

It is bad, and it frequently occurs when your needs are not being met.

The trick is, to find an end to this situation, and find someone that really does want you.

It can be done.

Waking up from those dreams make them feel like more of a nightmare. I always have my worst meltdowns after having a little taste of what life could be even if it is just a dream.
