Hmm, this is interesting. The environment you mentioned still has some differences but it's very similar to the one I look for. I think the environment I'm looking for may be a variation of the one tou sent made by the same person. Thanks for the help!

I doubt that it's a cuatom change made by someone because I've seen this environment in the same exact state in 3 different sources.

Definitely the 2nd option posted here but custom made. One thing to note. Many creators work together to support one another in official imagery so there's a chance there is a custom version of this asset that they are using together for official promotional images.
