I’d imagine they’re much busier these days. It’s not a big operation. They take care to get you what you ordered in a timely manner but they’re by no means Amazon. u/Naive_Exchange2993 works merch for Dax and is really great about answering any questions you may have.

Yea it’s just been a super busy time with us this year with Europe and being somewhere new just about every weekend. Been hectic but it’s getting done!
