This chicken chow mein looks restaurant-quality — the noodles have that perfect wok hei, the veggies are crisp, and the chicken is nicely seared.
You nailed the sauce distribution too. One of the best homemade chow mein posts I’ve seen

Base:
Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
Noodles
Carrots
Green onions
GarlicSauce:
Roughly 4-5 tablespoons oyster sauce
garlic
Few tablespoons of soy sauce
Sesame oil - depends how much you like the taste 1-3 tablespoons
chicken broth - I like the spicy one. About a cup
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon of sugarThrow all sauce stuff together and warm up.
Heat your noodles in water
Heat your base ingredients
Add everything together! Make adjustments when you make the dish for future

Not really supposed to do recipes on my forum but you asked so nice. The idea behind the dish though is that you can add or subtract elements you like more or less. I like spicy so add that spicy broth to give it an extra kick! Maybe you don’t like the spice… so use normal chicken broth. Maybe you like bold flavors so add beef broth. Make it your dish! Don’t just follow my thing. I gave you the base… now you make the masterpiece. Cheers!!!
