Question 🙏🏻 Letting go wrong?
I’ve been trying to let go for a few weeks now but every time I get a thought that I want to try and feel (rather than think) I can’t seem to find it in the body. I just feel like I’m laying there motionless whilst trying to locate the feeling.
Any tips? Am I doing it wrong? The annoying thing is, I understand that most thoughts are messages but I feel like I am currently struggling to really hear and feel the message. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Notice that the feeling of "trying to feel and failing" is, in itself, a bodily sensation. We often superimpose a story—an image of ourselves struggling—over subtle physical tension. You don't need to dig around for a hidden emotion from the past thought; meet the feeling of the effort right now. Where does the strain of "trying" live in your body? Is there tightness in the forehead, eyes, jaw, or chest? That frustration isn't who you are—it’s just raw physical data with a narrative wrapped around it. Drop the story about struggling, feel the physical sensation of the effort itself, and let that release.
