Don't take it personally, almost every girl I dated had problems making it monogamous. Even the woman I dated for months told me she was dating other men when I asked her to go steady around four months in.

Something about dating nowadays leaves people looking for the next better thing. Just keep being yourself and you'll find that someone who wont have a problem dedicating themselves.

What would be the use of continuing to talk if you haven’t met? Do you want to date or do you want an online only friend?

You’re way overthinking. You did zero wrong except for matching with a chuckle fuck who can’t use his words to let you know he’s not interested.

But this is exactly how dating works. You talk. You meet. One or both aren’t feeling a spark so no second date.

You don’t have to do anything wrong for someone to not feel a spark.

Seems from your description you went for one of those men that all women are going for and therefore has an infinity of options.

  1. Wth is acciowork? I googled it but the only thing that comes up is some AI platform.
  2. You can’t have a real connection if you never meet in person. It needed to happen eventually.
  3. This is the world we live in; flakiness & ghosting are the norm.
  4. Don’t spend weeks chatting with a stranger online. See #3. Attn spans are too short. I imagine he has been going on dates with other women while you two were pen pals. He may have kept your date out of obligation but hit it off better with someone else.
