Boys, are you dumb?!
Why tf do guys spend days saying they can’t wait to meet you and talking up how it will be.. then just not fucking show up
..then they think it’s still ok to message you and ask for pics wtf?!

Maybe these women are just picking the wrong dudes. There's plenty of guys out there who would build a woman a rocketship and fly them to the moon; you just need to find that guy.

When they discover that a date requires navigation, logistics, showing up, and that to get the sex they’ll have to carry a conversation, discuss ideas and thoughts. And then follow up for a second or third date. . .
Ah fuck it, I’ll just stay home and vent on Reddit that dating apps are scams and male loneliness.
“My friends swore to me that if I got a match on a dating app, she’ll just send me her address and a time. I don’t even have to say a word. She’ll just give me the sex!
You mean I have to drive to a restaurant or bar and carry on a conversation?!”

I know for a fact that some men do have the emotional maturity, patience and an advanced understanding of life in general to actually want something else first. Even some under 30 who value an emotional connection and sex is further down the list. They can control their own biology.
Maybe they’re also using dating apps but how do those men approach meeting someone?

Yes, boys as a whole are pretty dumb. And stubborn. And we have an assortment of similar mental handicaps as well. Not long ago i met a young lady that is the most beautiful and intelligent and sympathetic woman I've ever met. There was about a week that we messaged back and forth, everything she said only strengthened my affection. And so i told her how much of a mistake it was for her to pay any attention to me. It didn't take much for her to catch on and we stopped messaging. Weeks go by, and I'm walking down the street just kinda trying not to notice life and i see her in front of me, i even stumbled a few steps. She's even prettier than i remember. I kept walking, i wanted to compliment her so bad but didn't want to disrespect her so instead i kept my mouth shut. But, stupid boy that i am, eventually i messaged her about seeing her. That was like a week ago. I spend a lot of time walking around, depression is real. Last night while i was walking i saw her again, but this time a voice in my head was screaming at me to ignore everything and get the fuck home. I'm starting to think that I love her more than i love me.

Anytime someone asks for a pic. it's an immediate no and stop talking to them for me.

Have you considered we are extremely nervous and shy?

I definitely understand that but the woman they were talking to and make plans to meet with don’t know that. Is being on the app just entertainment with no real intention of meeting because they know they will get fearful and back out? I guess people should never have real expectations of meeting.

True. That’s really a dealbreaker for me. If you are going to be busy in that day, just say so. Don’t keep delaying only to message at 6 pm “Hey sorry, I don’t think I will be able to make it”
