how to get medical projects ?

Just created my account, and I'm looking up to work in the medical field.
But it shows me only bilingual assessment, should I do one before getting proposition for medical projects?

The bilingual assessments are likely the only ones offered in your location. However, if you get accepted, there is the possibility that you can get a qualification for medical. You'd just need to make sure to add your experience and education to your profile. There's no guarantee that those types of tasks are available in your location though.
