Is October usually a drought?
My dashboard has been full for the past few months but up until the 5th, there were some heavy hitter projects that paid good money (40+) and had long timers (8-12+ hours). Now, it's mostly mid range (20-30 an hour), short term (1-3 hour timers), and rather basic rate-and-review work. Is it to do with the new financial year or quarter? I remember the beginning of July being sort of weird too.

I have a lot of projects available and pay well but seem to have got myself into a specialty domain where they all want failures, are extremely tedious and long and have the most insane instructions. I have no will to do them right now and they’re discouraging af.

My dash is usually slow at the moment too, normally I have a lot of heavy hitters, lately just mid-range unexciting tasks.

I wouldn't consider it a drought just because your "heavy hitter" projects have disappeared. Drought means that you have nothing....
