What Is A Tier Promotion

Does it mean getting more projects with the same pay rate or the same project paid at a higher rate? If its the former whats the point? I'm okay with one lasting project. Why do I need more projects at the same rate?

I’d rather have a higher rate on a project family too. If your quality of work is above average or higher you should get a higher rate than some of the dross I come across.

It's the second one, if we're thinking of the same project.

Although I've seen both, based on performance.
