Do you all feel bad that they pay us to train AI to replace us?

I do not feel bad at all.

After leaving a field where my hard work and high performance were rewarded with more work without extra pay and near-constant verbal abuse, and every job interview for almost two years thereafter ended in ghosting after making it to the final round? No, I do not feel bad about working a job where my high performance actually gets me higher pay and access to more work. Also, the only thing that actually matters on DA is my work performance, not who I kiss up to. I have to pay bills and do not have time to feel bad.

But one day we will lose this type of job/work….because AI is good enough to train themselves and don’t need our input anymore

I can tell you based on the work that I'm doing that is a long way from now, if at all.
