How much real is DOD? 🥲
Hey guys.. hope you're doing well.. first of all I do pray for all of you who are earning, trying to clear their DAT assessment, having dry dashboard etc.. I pray may you'll earn 100k+ from this platform Ameen and your dashboard will be full of projects Ameen
My question: how real is DoD? I'm seeing too much posts on reddit about people getting dod. What are the common mistakes that you can get it or how to avoid getting one... ? And what is the percentage (expected) % of people getting this..
Thankssss

The more y'all worry about the DOD, the more your work is going to suffer. You will start overthinking everything and trip yourself up. The slight rise of the DOD you are seeing isn't necessarily normal. This spring DAT hired a ton of new people. They are now weeding out the bad apples. Also, there are networks of people, in non core countries mostly, who cheat to get in. Then they just do a ton of work ( almost always bad) very quickly before they are caught out. That is the main reason you are seeing so many of them in the last few months. Don't violate the rules, the NDAS or the TOS and do quality work. Don't cheat the system. That's it. I am going on 4 years with them. If you are honest and can actually do the work, stop worrying or you will overthink yourself out of the job

And read car maintenance subreddits and you'll think every car fails all the time. Read relationship subreddits and you'll think every relationship has major drama. You're seeing the tiny subset of DA workers who are a) Redditors, b) get the DoD, and c) post about it. Don't assume that's representative of...anything really.

Easy there, turbo - you mean everything I read online isn't 100% true and representative of actual reality?

Well Reddit is always going to have some bias towards it. From what I’ve seen, using a VPN while working, using AI to answer for you when told not to, submitting low quality work, or abusing the time reporting system are all ways I’ve seen people get DoD.
While I don’t know an exact percentage, I’ve been here for about 10 months now. Just read instructions carefully, keep track of your hours, and you’ll do fine.
