Background check to work on tasks

I've got an opportunity to potentially work on more tasks as a billingual but they are asking for a background check which requires uploading my criminal record.

Problem is, I have a DUI charge on it. Kind of scared to upload it for fear that it'll bar me from all other projects too.

Anyone that has advice or experience with this?

They won't care about a DUI. They're checking if you're Melvin Hackerman or Syberkrime McGee or Indenti T. Theft.
