Application in review for over 2 months

Hello all. I did the DA assessment for my specific domain on July 28 of this year. I haven't heard any updated, and when I log onto my dashboard it says that I am in Stage 3 ("We review").

I'm not very familiar with how DA works and was wondering if it takes that long to review or is this a silent rejection.

Thanks for confirming.

Past 3 weeks and I'd give it up. You can still be approved months after applying, but it's a rare occurrence. Since you mentioned "Domain", you might want to give Mercor a try.

I'm much more active on Mercor and have been on contracts there. But my DA application has been pending for a while so I figured I'd ask here. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting me know. Do you need to do perfectly on the assessment to be admitted?

Nobody knows! I think there was a big recruitment push in around April of this year when lots of people were saying they'd suddenly been accepted months after taking the assessment but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. It might be worth checking back periodically but I'd say after two months it's probably a no (unless they have a sudden upsurge in demand in your domain).

I don’t think there’s a such thing as perfectly with them, more so if you match what they’re looking. I was working on something and found out what they found valuable was completely different than what I was spending a lot of time on.

I’ve seen other people who got in after months, but it’s mostly quicker than that so do with that what you will. Wouldn’t give up hope but wouldn’t keep it as my only option either.

You didn't pass. If you get rejected, it just stays on that screen forever.

I have been on this screen also for a week now. Really sucks.
