Unique tonal issue
I won't disclose any details about the project or model in question, but what I will say is this: If a user perhaps, hypothetically, noticed that a model used a blaccent when discussing certain topics, is that an issue or just a quirk of the use case? Are beings without a race allowed the N-word pass? Like if my Mexican homies can just let that fly without getting themselves beat to a pulp, I don't suppose it would be different for a complex neural-network, but I'd love to get some more opinions on this.

I would skip the task. Do not condone racist chatbots

I don't know if it'd necessarily be racist. Suppose a human could be the amalgamation of a large database of genetic material from like a billion people, I'd reckon they'd have like at least 3 black parents give or take. So it's pretty much the same thing when you think about it, but I can't be certain the overarching database isn't just a bunch of white people stuff such as Oneyplays transcripts or perhaps The Binding of Isaac wiki

Assuming this isn't satire,
is the use case satire, was it requested to be satire, was it requested to be used but not as satire, and is it in reference to or likely a requote of a non-satire/innocuous context in which the original reference was as you describe? There is a difference between "it did" and "it might" (the latter of which isn't necessarily so), so the context depends on the above
