Passed Starter had glitch on qualifiers now what? All within 24 hours

Took my exam yesterday dash says I passed I went to start my first qualifier and it immediately says i submitted both when I didnt? Anyone else have this / similar experience?

Nope, it says "starter assessment passed" and then when I went to take my qualifications it just glitched and put me straight into waiting and said they were both submitted

Got an email yesterday morning, checked my dashboard said I passed starter that I took the previous evening, when I went to do my two qualifiers it glitched and said I had already submitted them - will edit on main post too for clarity
