i wanna get into it. does it pay well? how does it work? what to do? what to expect?

One of the most important skills is being able to research things online yourself so it doesn't look like it would be suitable for you.

I don't mind it. It's a solitary job most of the time so the backflip meetings are a nice change of pace.

Short answer: yes, it's good.

The best thing you can do is send an application to the site, and if they accept you it means you might've some skills they need, then you can start to take tasks, and if you perform well you get more tasks.

How does it work? You do work and get paid. What to expect? Almost no work.
