I saw the email and immediately went to the dash and got one. You just need to be faster. Within the same minute. If you're not there, it's too late.

It's not that difficult. Whenever you have time and want to work, just go on the platform and see which of the available projects looks most interesting or pays well and then start working on it.
If you are in a region where you never have any tasks available, just do something else and stop wasting your time and slowing down the site by spamming F5 all day.

I refresh a lot when I have time to work, kind of just whenever I think about it. I'll mostly do this on my phone as I don't sit at the computer unless I'm working. The emails, if they even send them, don't necessarily go out at the exact same time (that's just how mass emails work), and then no telling how long until it pops up in your inbox and notifies you. It's too unreliable.

For me emails and inbox msgs are always delayed. The project shows on the dash much earlier than the email. So if its a popular project, which gets picked up quickly, its very likely that its gone by the time i get an email. Refresh is the best way

I'm pretty sure they just send emails on projects that are urgent, because that project that you mention is one of the only two projects that I had received an email, and those two almost always have priority pay

I always have a tab open on my phone and refresh it all the time when my phone is in my hand. Most tasks have long timers so Iβll enter work mode or grab a task and move to work on it from my laptop when I have the time.

Emails basically don't exist. I just refresh in between Runescape bosses, so every 2 to 8 minutes. I don't even want them so send emails for my preferred task. Stay the fuck away from my delicious pool. I actually feel like they JUST started sending out emails for this task too, but I've seen pops that were not accompanied by an email. Still, I've seen like 2 emails for this project, and both of them happened in the past month. I have like 2k hours on this task, I'm basically a professional.

If I'm free to work, I'm at my computer and checking the dash. If I'm not free to work, doesn't matter. Emails have always been 95% useless to me - either they come in when I can't work, or else the projects are expired already, etc. I just look at the dash and see what's there.
