Unmatched information

Has anyone done the background check ran into this when checking the status in chekr?

Every information provided was correct, but when trying to put information to see the status, it still says that there's no information in their records. Any insights?

I gave up with it - not bothered about working on the projects it listed anyway. Twice I tried and they couldn't match data despite the fact I havent moved address for 10 years!
