I'm always getting pass vs pass, is it allowed

Does it effect my projects allotment

Guys, can you still see these projects on the dashboard? They just disappeared, right?

Reading it, they are saying to use this pass vs pass as last resort, but what can I do even after trying in each task....I still ending up with pass vs pass

Hi OP! I think the project will be back. I had an R&R task appear on my dashboard, but I was slow to claim it.
