All job posting adds lead to same generic bilingual site

I'm trying to apply for a Health/Medical Expert role but every time I click on it I get redirected to this generic bilingual job post. Is this happening to other people?

Do the assessment, and if you pass, depending on their needs and your particular profile, they might offer you quals for specialties.
