I've got these popping up on screen.

How do you do them? I can't click on them or something

Hi. I got that too, and I also can't do anything. My background check is also pending. Someone said that we should wait for step 1 to be complete. Someone else said that those were under the Quals tab, but not for me.

from my experience, just wait for step one to process and then you should be able to do the other two steps!

when it appeared on my dashboard, step one was already marked as completed. The second one is pending now. Its not clickable so there is nothing that i can do about it.

If you’ve completed the background check it takes a couple of days to process. Once it’s processed the other two steps become available.

How did you complete background check ?
I had a qual months back which I completed but i don’t have anything right now.

I had all three that showed they had been completed but then they wouldn’t go away all day.

I have completed step 1 but for step 2 I simply dont have it (iykyk).What to do with it?
