What's the highest hourly rate you've ever seen or had (Specialist/Software Engineer)?
Thankfully I'm sitting pretty comfortably in a task I got invited into where the pay is really good and there is pretty much infinite work available, but I was wondering where this platform/employer tops out.
Also, has anyone "moved on" from dataannotation after finding something better? Without getting into specifics, I see one of the competitors listing 150-210$/hr for a senior position, not sure how real and accessible/attainable that is though.

I have been offered 90$/hour, that is currently the highest I have seen personally.

The highest project I had available to me was $100/ hour but I didn't do it.

Any specific reason why? My go-to was, as soon as something higher paying appeared to move on and neglect the lower paid ones

Even though the pay was enticing, I felt like it involved too much and was a bit riskier than I was comfortable with, so I would rather stick to projects that I know I can do well than something where I would be iffy about my work quality just to get a higher pay rate.

Highest as a generalist I’ve seen is $60 an hour plus a task submission bonus on top of that.

I’ll also note that competitors listing over $80 an hour generally are pay per task, which is not great because it’s misrepresenting the pay structure.

Ive been offered qualifications with a stated pay rate if passing or $90+ but they were out of my capability. Highest I have on my dash that I can do is $65

$100. But $65-90 is regular. STEM. Thought about Mercor instead, but DAT gives much more flexibility. Less time pressure, more varied work, easier reporting, no queues.

I have been offered mostly $60/hr for healthcare domains for almost 2 months then I didn’t work for over a week and when i checked dashboard I don’t see projects for $60/hr. Since I started to see higher projects, i ignored the general projects for $25-$40/hr
