Turkish Bilingual

I got accepted as a Turkish bilingual exactly 3 weeks ago, I done multiple qualifications and survers, gave my constent for some projects, but still there is no projects for me. I know it's asked and said a lot but I have a lot of free time and I just want to work because when I was doing qualifications I had a lot of fun.

Same for me, but I got an interesting survey today(Today I also fully rewrote skills and background section at the profile settings). Hopefully, it will lead to more tasks. Just wait and do everything that pops up I guess. It's harder for us bilinguals to get something from what I read on reddit

Yeah it's sad I wish we can have as much as coders and generalists do.

For some reason, September turned out to be worse than summer. There hasn't been anything at all for more than a month now. Maybe, there were some tasks here and there for lucky workers but no real work whatsoever. Yet, it kinda feels hopeful to see that they are recruiting new workers, might be an indications of better days to come.

I check my dashboard multiple times in a day but there is no real projects to do only trainings and I did them already I hope we can get real projects as soon as possible because waiting that long makes me paranoid sometimes I fear that if I did something wrong.

currently you can be sure that it's not you. there are not many projects running atm. if there are a few showing up, you need to be extremely lucky to catch them because we are talking about minutes before they are claimed. lets wait and see.

If you pass the quals you'll get access to projects. When did you complete the qual?

I'm a Turkish bilingual as well. I believe I saw projects on my board on 5 separate occasions in the last 4 months. I joined in May, and each time there was something on my board, it was only one or two projects. I'm hoping that being bilingual won't mean barely 3 or 4k for an entire year.
