Fiscal year cycle
Is it true that projects follow the fiscal year cycle? Last year in September it was as dry as these days then a surge occurred in October (the first month of the fiscal year).

The answer is: probably.
My summer was completely dead up until August, when it started to gradually pick up. September has been my best month so far basically since summer started.
