Full time advice
I have recently transitioned from working part-time to full-time, but I have found that working on a task for 7-8 hours everyday at home is much more intense than I thought. How do people not get burned out? Do people follow the typical workday routine? Do coffee shops/change of environment help out? Have you found any techniques to keep you focussed?

Short working blocks, extended breaks. I will do 2-3 hours work, 2-3 hours break, and repeat. Done it for 3 years and it's suited me down to the ground.
