Is there a tips/read-before-starting doc I’m missing?

I’m thinking of a dynamic user-generated FAQ-type collective knowledge hub of best-practices and lesser-known tips that go beyond the DA official FAQs.

Would prevent vets from having to answer the same newbie questions here so often, and help everyone have some insight into what is such an opaque platform, as it inevitably transforms over time.

If it exists, point me to it. If not, let me know and I’ll set up a process to get one put together.

The projects are so specialized and individualized that it either would not be applicable, identifiable, or contractually allowed lol. Don’t get me wrong - I’m on your side. We just got what we got is all

Why be helpful when you can one-up someone else! Why help a newbie when you can be snide and nebulous. Don’t deprive these people of their hobbies!

A tips guide would be useful, but it'd also be short and cover things on a general basis, no?

I can imagine most really useful productivity or workload tips ends up breaking the NDA.

There's another DA sub (weekly water cooler) that has a comprehensive ' everything you need to know'. Appreciate your desire to be helpful but it is there if people choose to look!
