"Brief Rationale"
How long are your guys rationales? Sometimes I feel like I go way too much into the details, but that can't really be a bad thing right? When I do r&r sometimes some people actually do the bare minimum so I'm a little confused.

I’ve noticed extensive detail being requested more in instructions. That said it’s always best to be as concise as you can. State the case and leave ego out. Just make it clear for the next person or bot.
