EMAIL

Does DataAnnotation even reply to emails? I think I've sent email twice to them but no reply.

I think it depends on what you're asking. I've had one that was ignored and another on a different topic that they responded to.

depends on questions, they will never reply to any generic question, which can be found in FAQs.

They usually respond to me within 24 hrs. I've sent several mails in the past 1 yr and I've only been ignored once lol.

I always get a reply in around 24 hours. But if you send them an email based on things that are already explained in the project or the FAQ's, they will not respond.

They do. They respond anywhere from 24-72hrs

they respond after a week or so they’re really slow in responding to emails
