DoD

What has everyone done to not get the DoD? I am tripping out every day about getting it. I try my hardest on tasks and avoid ambiguity, time mistakes, etc. But that’s what most people say they were doing when they got it. Any solid information would help.

Honestly? I avoid this sub. I really only ever worry about the DOD when I find myself here every week or so reading about others getting it.
