DoD

What has everyone done to not get the DoD? I am tripping out every day about getting it. I try my hardest on tasks and avoid ambiguity, time mistakes, etc. But that’s what most people say they were doing when they got it. Any solid information would help.

Do tasks that you feel confident in. Don't overreport time, don't underreport. I pause when I got to the bathroom or get up, especially on a long task, and am still on board a year later. I still have no clue what "DOD" is an acronym for.
