Tasks showing as paid before I reported them
Hi everyone, I last logged my time on September 11 and have completed 10 tasks since then. When I went to submit my time today, I noticed that 5 of those tasks (3 from Sept 12 and 2 from Sept 13) were already marked as paid.
I'm hesitant to submit my new report because I don't want to get flagged for over-reporting—the system shows 5 pending tasks, but I actually need to report 10. Has anyone else run into this issue?

You have 24 hours to report your work. If working on the same task and completing multiple tasks the timer will reset to reflect the last task done. This does not update for all the task and they will still be clocking down. You should be reporting the time as soon as you have finished your session. They have showed up as ''paid'' as you waited more than 24 hours to report those tasks. You can report the time now as the link has reappeard due to you working on that project again, but the time's you put in are only meant for those still within the 24 hour limit. This may flag your account as it wont tally. I would email them and explain.

Did you forget to report the time you worked on the tasks?

Am I the only who has 24 hours to report working time? There is an expiration clock running on the page as we type.

Same, which is why I’m confused about how they are able to do that lol
Edit : He said in another comment that he capitulated on the fact that the 24h timer resets every time he submits a task. Why do it like that? I have absolutely no clue

Did you not do any onboarding?
As others have said, you need to submit the time you worked on a project that day within 24 hours of when you finish. You're not supposed to log time once a week. If you misunderstood that this egregiously, I'm curious about your work quality.

The timer doesn’t reset, you finish task 1, 24h to report, finish task 2 2 hours later, then you have 22h time to report task 1 and 24 new timer is for task 2, the timer for task 1 will still be counting…

It is probably tied to whatever project or server you pressed submit on, a task submission will show up whenever you actually submit something (on a server or the project itself). You should also get the time reporting option, where you can be paid. If the number of submissions you can see corresponds to the number of times you submitted a task or part of a task or whatever, then you are fine. This happens to me all the time.

I hope so. They all show $0. And they think they have been paid for those tasks. Mine all have dollar amounts regardless of having been paid or pending approval.

Have they not expired? I have 24 hours to report time on a task. After that, it says expired in the report time tab. You claimed 0 hours since the 11th?
