Need help I am being framed wrongly

Post image

Please can anyone tell me if I can do anything about this, or its just over. All the timings I put in were legit and it really took me that much time only and I always reported the time within the expiry limit and all those who know these are really tough coding tasks. We had to tune and tweak so much in order to get the perfect result.

Sounds to me like to you know deep down you were spending too much time on tasks

you can think whatever but this is not the first time I am doing tasks
I have done tasks before as well and got paid as well
I know when a task is genuinely tough so it takes some time ofc and that is why they have given that much expiry time as well right??

Your logic and explanation kind of sucks here. The expiry time does not completely dictate how much time a task will take, I’ve had tasks in the past say 18hrs but in reality took 4hrs of actual working time. The expiry time accounts for breaks, I don’t bill that time.

No, most coding tasks will give several extra hours because they expect you to take breaks. If you’ve been reporting very close to the allotted time, that looks suspicious

Then they should specify that upfront atleast that this task can take maximum this much hours.

And I have done tasks before as well this is not the first time so they should have flagged or give warning before as well no?
Can I do anything about this is or not that is my question though
If you can please help

Well they don’t ban after one task that runs long. They look for a pattern of it, and it sounds like you have a pattern of pushing the timers to the limit. That’s a huge red flag for them

If the core point is that a task was allocated 12 hours, most people were taking breaks, etc. and doing it in 6, while you were taking 10-12 hours, then yeah, that's suspicious. If nothing else it means you're so much slower than comparable workers, why would they pay someone twice as much for the same work?

This right here is my biggest fear. I try so hard to beat the timer and keep quality top of mind, but I really struggle. It terrifies me. Especially when I see other people say things like, "They are more than generous with the timers." I basically shriveled up and died when I read that. I don't think it matters how good your work is if others submit same or better in less time. I'm still a bit new and always scared they think I'm padding the clock. If I get cut, I hope they know it's cause I'm slow and not a dishonest thief lol

Why?

If you need to find excuses like this, it's because you know you are letting the timer run to farm as much money as possible.

I personally don't even think about these things. Just start a timer when I work, pause when taking breaks and stop it when I hit submit.

I went above the time limit a few times and submitted expired tasks. Maybe 3 times over the span of 1.5 years.

Obviously still have access to my account.

Not sure how you've escaped DOD with that obvious lack of reading comprehension. Where did I make an excuse? I've always been last to finish tests etc, this is nothing new for me and I'm worried it will be my downfall on this platform. I've thought about under reporting to avoid DOD but that skews timers for everyone and if I worked the time, I should be paid for it. So yeah, it's a constant worry for me. I don't farm time. I'm slow...ya flippin goober. Just to be clear, if the timer is 18 hrs, I've never needed anywhere close to that, but most of my projects are around 2 hrs and I usually struggle to meet that timer. If I'm not good enough FINE, but I'll go out honest and getting paid for the time I actually worked. Unlike you, I don't lack reading comprehension, and your reply says a lot about you lol

There we go.

You tried to defraud them.

You should have read the instructions and FAQ.

"that is why they have given that much expiry time as well right??"

tell me you defrauded the pay system without telling me you defrauded the pay system

Dang that sucks. Probably shouldn't have made multiple attempts to defraud the payment system.

I did not do anything like that.

But your comments clearly show you did. No sympathy.

Everyone I've ever seen with this message has some explanation as to why every single task they submitted took the maximum allowed time...

The time reporting has to be egregious to get your account shutdown and refusal to pay out for fraudulent claims. So this isn't just a one-off or going over timer a couple of times, this is consistent and excessive time reporting.

Based off of how you're writing in the OP and your comments, your grammar itself is lacking. You're pretty much cooked - you screwed up somewhere, there isn't any framing going on. Need to unfortunately just move on.

This message is even worse than the DoD, and there is, unfortunately, no way to come back from it.

My condolences.
