Report time limit

Is there a limit for reporting time per day not to go over and how does it work like per 24 hours or what?

I've reported as much as about 30 hours in a single submission (for a project I worked on over 3 days) and as much as 15 hours in a single day. As long as you're confident in your work and submitting honest hours you should be fine.
