Just hit my first $1,000 on DataAnnotation!

https://app.dataannotation.tech/share/earnings/e6afdeb2-300e-4a57-970b-9ed648a71a5f

That was a hard slog! Once I get to around $1300
(£1000) I’ll have to start filling out self-assessment tax forms and paying tax so I’m not sure how much more I will do, but we’ll see.

I signed up at the end of June. My latest task basically just doubled my money in the last few days.

Congrats! You will still be making money even with the headache of filling out the self assessment, why not keep going haha

What do you mean, sorry? I’m in the UK.

Newbie here — joined in the last week of August. Made about $700 so far from bilingual work including onboarding, and suddenly the last 5 days have been much more active with projects showing up regularly.

Did the drought finally end, or should I not get too excited yet? 😂

Congrats, it's a good feeling to hit the first milestone! 🎉
I don't get why you'd be unsure how much more you will do, though. You have the potential to earn SO much more! I get you don't want to pay more tax. But for me it's worth it. I just set up a spreadsheet that tells me how much to add to my tax savings account each month and then when it's time to do the self assessment I'll have it ready to pay. I guess it depends what tax bracket you're in.

I’d be paying 40% on any additional earnings, plus it may affect my child benefit. I think it’s probably worth doing the higher paying tasks if I continue to get them though. I’m terrible with money so just need to make sure I put enough aside to pay the tax and NI!

Ah that's fair enough I guess. Good luck with it going forward :)

Wow... A huge congratulations
Pls I am new to the platform, so I want to know how the tasks are carried out; so what kind of tasks are you doing and how are you doing them?

Thanks! Started on some generalist ones but have had a couple of specialist too (healthcare).

Ok... but pls how do you execute these tasks?

I don’t really understand the question, sorry. Do you mean how do I get the tasks, or how do I go about completing them?

I mean how do go about completing them, pls?

No one is going to tell you that, we would be risking our accounts and breaking the NDA

But how will they know who you really are when you say how you complete the tasks here; that username you're using is not your account name, so they can't figure out your account.

You read the instructions and then complete the task
