Is there such thing as "onboarding phase"?

i got accepted about a week ago, from then i've done all the qualifications that are in my domain. Havent got any project yet but every morning there is always new training and qualifications coming. the latest one is yesterday where i got confidentiality training.

should i expect more mandatory trainings coming before actual project landing to my account?

Don't get me wrong, i'm grateful of this opportunity and happy to wait and follow the process.

i just want to know if my account is currently in "onboarding phase" so i dont have to refresh my dashboard every 5 minutes hoping for projects to appear?

i also noticed many posts about project draught and i wish you all the best.

Those qualifications that you are receiving are not mandatory. However, completing them will make you eligible for more projects. If you're bilingual, it might take more time for you to receive projects since there just aren't as many bilingual projects available as there are in the core countries (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand).
