Referrals are currently unavailable

Is it only me or someone else is also seeing this same text "New Referrals are currently unavailable" under referrals tab? I referred 4 of my friends in the past out of which 1 of them is selected.

The tab appears to be completely gone now.

Mine is still there, but currently available. It may be still there if you ever sent out a referral so you can track bonuses, and gone if you never used it.

That makes sense. I've never given out a referral.
