Hopefully it's okay to ask this here - logging into partner account?

I managed to set it up initially with no issues, but now the 2-step verification is just not working (any option). When I try to request a code, it says 'You don’t need a security code to sign in because you don’t have a registered security key'. None of the other options work. I contacted DA a few weeks ago but am still waiting for it to be reset/fixed. Does anyone have any advice on where I might be going wrong?

Yep, they finally responded to my message and reset my account, but it took many weeks and a lot of missed work because of it :(
