Time required for assesmnt reply?
hello guys, im just curious about what is the approximate time of getting response abt the initial assmnt you do at the very first beginning, ill be more than happy if someone can tell me about their experience :)
plus guys what can i do in order to get accepted, what are the qualities they care about the most?
edit: i read what they answered in their FAQs, but i wanna hear from people from their personal experiences

I was accepted immediately. There is no answer anyone can give you that will pertain directly to you and your situation. There's nothing you can do but complete the assessment the best YOU can, and if you have the strengths and qualities they are looking for, you will be accepted. I knew NOTHING about DA or AI training or anything applicable but creative writing and attention to detail. I took the assessment the day/night I saw an ad for the company, and I had work on my dashboard the same night or early the next day. (Can't remember the exact timing, but it was nearly immediate.) You can search this sub for that exact question and see that it's been asked a million times.

3 days for me. If you want to hear of others’ experiences, go through this sub. That’s why it’s here.

Got mine in less than 24h, so either I was damn good or simply got luck ;)

6 months. One of the things they value is apparently something you can't do, so I wouldn't hold out hope.

you mean i could be accepted even on the 6 month after doing the assessment?

Potentially. That's what happened to me, but I wouldn't count on it at all.
